Pittsburgh (KDKA) – school closures and delays until Thursday morning comes in over the Pittsburgh area in front of an ice cream storm.

The whole area is under a winter weather counseling. There is a warning of storm storm for Laurel Highlands and Ridges, where the heaviest glaze is expected. The higher heights could see 0.25 inches to 0.5 inches of ice, which made the journey difficult. Even the areas that get lighter icing will still have slippery roads, but the timing should not last that long.
