Lockdown at High Point High School After Great Student Change, Police say

Officers responded to the school around 7 p.m. 12.45 after reports of a change, according to Prince George’s County Police. As a caution, the school was placed on Lockdown while officers assessed the situation.

Authorities canvased the school’s grounds for a possible weapon, although no shots were fired and no injuries were reported, police say.

At. At 14.30, officers confirmed that the dismissal was underway and the situation was under control.
