Isolated Serious Storm Possible Today | Local weather

We start the day with warm temperatures in the 60s and a few lightweight showers. It will be another unusually hot February day, with heights climbing into the lower 70s. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be more this afternoon as a cold front approaches the Tennessee Valley. An isolated serious storm will be possible north of Chattanooga, where the primary threat is harmful wind throw of 50-60 mph.
