1 dead, two wounded in apartment fire

Logan County, W.Va. (WSAZ) -An EMS crew on the fire in the fire in the Aracoma area confirms that a person is dead.

The crew also told WSAZ that two people were transported to the hospital.

Senders in Logan County 911 tell WSAZ that the fire was first reported around 10am. 3 Monday.

Logan County, W.Va. (WSAZ) – Several fire departments are on site for a fire in an apartment building in the Aracoma area of Logan County.

Shipments say the fire is on Holly Ave. and RT. 10 shut down.

Logan Fire Department is on stage with Cora VFD, Verdunville VFD and Henlawson VFD.

There is no word if someone was injured.
