Lockdown lifted at White Station High School After ‘Suspicious Person’ Reported to MPD

Memphis, Tenn. (WMC) – Memphis police are at a high school in East Memphis for an investigation on Thursday morning.

Police responded to a suspicious person’s request at White Station High School on Thursday at about 1 p.m. 07.30

The school was placed on a short lock, but it has been lifted.

Two people were treated for minor damage not associated with the original study. One of the two was a student who was injured after the fall, police said.

It is unclear how the other person was injured. Memphis police officers are still on stage.

No one has been arrested or detained at this time.
