Lil Wayne teases something very special in front of the Super Bowl 2025.

In a video that was shared to his Instagram stories On Tuesday, February 4, the rapper “Lollipop”, 42, had a cryptic message to fans ahead of the big game.

“You know I won’t be there this week, which means I assume there’s a seat to fill,” Wayne said. “Shout for New Orleans, but I’ve been working on something very special. I got something exciting that came for you on Thursday, the 6. until then … I chillin ‘. ”

In a recent appearance on The jumping baysless showWayne revealed that he would be out of the country in the Super Bowl and claimed he was talking to Kendrick Lamar, who exceeds the break and “wished him all the best.”

Days after the rapper “Not Like Us”, 47, was announced as this year’s most important Super Bowl artist in September, Lil Wayne said in an Instagram video that it “did a whole lot” to discover that he didn’t get Performance in his hometown.

“First of all, I would say forgive me for the delay,” Wayne said at the time. “I had to get strength enough to do this without trying to fall back.”

He added, “It hurt a whole lot. I blame myself for not being mentally prepared for a letdown and to automatically mentally put myself in this position as if someone told me it was my position. But I thought there was nothing better than that place and this phase and the platform in my city, so it hurt.

The rapper “A Milli” explained that it “made me feel like—- not getting this opportunity,” and he thanked his followers for reminding him that he “is not — without you, and that is an amazing reality.

“As I said it broke me and I just try to put myself together again, but my God, you all helped me,” he added. “Thanks to all my friends, my friends, my family, my homies on sports -tv and everyone who resumes me. I really appreciate it, I really do. I feel like letting all of you down by not getting That opportunity, but I’m working on me and I work, so thank you.

In November, Lamar apparently addressed Wayne’s reaction not to be chosen to overwrite this year’s half -time show in the song “WACCED OUT murals” On his album GNX.

“Used to shock Tha Carter III, I kept my Rollie chain proud / irony, I think my hard work let Lil Wayne down / no matter what, call me crazy, all questionable / turn me to an ESK —, I pulled the line and decimals, ” Lamar rapper in the second verse.

“Won the Super Bowl and Nas the only congratulated me / all of these n —- s agitated, I’m just glad they show that they are facing,” he adds on the song.

Wayne apparently shared her thoughts on Lamar’s mention on November 23rd.

“Man wtf i do?! I’m just chillin & dey still coming 4 my head,” the rapper wrote to his followers on x (formerly twitter). “Let’s not take kindness of weakness. Let this huge sleep. I beg you all.”

“No one really wants destruction, not even me, but I will ruin if it is disturbed,” he added. “On me. Love.”
