Former Washington Wizards in the future Redirected after Trade to Milwaukee Bucks

Washington Wizards traded Patrick Baldwin Jr. To Milwaukee Bucks as part of the deal that brought Khris Middleton to the country’s capital. However, it is not his final destination.

ESPN Insider Shams Charania reports that Baldwin is again traded for San Antonio Spurs, who has also had a busy trading deadline.

The spurs acquired De’Aaron Fox from Sacramento Kings earlier this week to pair with reigning rookie of the year Victor Wembanyama. The spurs had an open list of location, but it’s left to see if Baldwin will hold on to it.

With the trade deadline and the acquisition market threatening, Spurs could choose to cut Baldwin and fill the place with someone who has a little more experience.

Baldwin, 22, is no stranger to being traded. One year after he was chosen with the overall total choice of Golden State Warriors, he was treated to the wizards in the agreement that also brought in Jordan Poole.

Baldwin has an average of 2.1 points per Fight so far this season for Wizards, but has spent some time in the G League from late.
