The movie placements for the New Netflix Series Celebrity Bear Hunt

The new eight-part Netflix series sees a number of celebrities fallen into the Costa Rica jungle, where they have to endure a number of violent physical and mental challenges, all while being traced by and survival bear grylls aiming to avert to avert their mission to reach the target line.

Spice Girl Mel B, former Wimbledon champion Boris Becker, Rapper and TV Program Manager Big Zuu, Interior Architect and TV Personality Laurence Llwelyn-Bowen and Strictly came dancing Main referee Shirley Ballas are just some of the celebrities testing their mettle in nature in Central America’s jungle.

They are together with retired rugby player Danny Cipriani, TV program leader Steph McGovern, Ted Lasso Star Kola Bokinni, Saturdays singer Una Healy, Inbetweeners Star Joe Thomas, models Leomie Anderson and Lottie Moss, while Holly Willoughby oversees the procedure.

Celebrity Bear Hunt is filmed in Costa Rica, the robust, rainforest land in Central America.

Best known for its remarkable biodiversity, pristine wilderness and Pacific and Caribbean coastlines, about half of the country consists of rainforest, of which 25 percent are protected, providing plenty of room for celebrity Bear Gryll.

While Netflix has not revealed the exact movie placements of Celebrity Bear HuntThey have designed a custom -built escape room known as “The Bear Pit”, where participants will be hunted by Mr Gryll.

Possible movie locations may include Corcovado National Park. This remote and pristine rainforest, home to endangered birds, monkeys and wild cats, is located on the remote OSA peninsula on the southwest coast of Costa Rica.

Another possible recording location could be Piedra’s Blancas National Park. Located across Golfo Dulce, this remote rainforest is home to wild cats such as Jaguar, Puma, Ocelot and Jaguarundi, Plus Coatis, Anteaters and Sloths.

Costa Rica’s rainy season, also known as “Green Season”, takes place from May to November every year.

Rough terrain, extreme weather and dangerous wildlife mean that this challenge is no cake.
