Pacers Handles James Wiseman to Raptors in the Last Second Deadline Agreement

Indiana Pacers has entered into an agreement with the last second before the trade deadline expired. They traded away from Center James Wiseman and cash to Toronto Raptors.

ESPN NBA Insider Shams Charania reported the news of trade on social media.

Wiseman has been out due to damage, so this trade is a bit interesting. According to Insider Dustin Dopopleak, Pacers returns a top-55 protected draft of this agreement.

Wiseman only played in a game this season for Pacers and set six points in five minutes. The former final draft election was expected to give this Indiana team a great time in Frontcourt.

Wiseman had a good season with Detroit Piston’s last year and looked forward to account. It was an unfortunate injury that took place and now he will rehabilitate with raptors.

There had been talk that Pacers were active before the trade deadline, but it seems that the team chose to largely stand Pat. Indiana had rumored to investigate a trade with Center Myles Turner, but nothing ever materialized.

Turner even went to social media to have the perfect answer about surviving another trading deadline. Indiana will now look at the high season to try to preserve the big man as he will be a free agent.

Indiana will now go forward to see if they can duplicate success from last season. The pacers reached the eastern conference final and will try to get over the hump with their current group of players.

The pacers have a lot of confidence in this group and believe they can win the title this season. The front office chose not to make any major features before the trade deadline expired, and we will see how it all shakes out in the next few months.
