Reports: Wizards add Marcus Smart in Multi-Team Agreement with Grizzlies

Marcus Smart is reportedly on his way to Washington in a 3-team trade.

Veteran guards Marcus Smart have reportedly been traded for Washington Wizards in a three-team agreement with Memphis Grizzlies and Sacramento Kings, according to several reports.

Smart won the Kia Defensive Player of the Year with Boston Celtics in the 2021-22 season. He joined Memphis Last Offseason and announced an average of 8.7 points, 3.7 assists and 1.2 steals in 21.1 minutes over 19 games this season.

Laravia, the 19th total election in the NBA draft in 2022, is an average of 7.3 points, 4.4 rebounds and 2.8 assists during its third NBA season.

Bagley III, the total election # 2 of the 2018 draft, joins its third team in the last two seasons. He average a career-low 4.3 points and 2.9 rebounds over 19 games this season.

Len, the fifth overall election in the 2013 draft, has played with Sacramento in the last three-plus seasons. He and Jones, the 34th election in the 2023 draft, have played limited roles so far this season.
