Revival Press begins 2025 with the release of ‘on Being un/able to go through Walls’, the debut poetry collection of limerick-based poet D’Or Seifer. The launch takes place on Sunday, February 9th At. 15.00 at People’s Museum of Limerick, Pery Square. The event will include poets Lauren McNamara and Lauren O’Donovan, who will officially start the collection.

‘Being the UN/Customing to walk through Walls’ takes readers on a lyrical journey spanning three continents and generations. Divided into three sections, the collection reflects different stages of Seifer’s life and explores the complicated dynamics of displacement and belonging.

As a third generation of emigrant, Seifer’s poetry covers itself into themes of cultural identity, historical heritage and personal mythology. Her work examines the tension between the roots and modern realities of distant ancestors and offers a compelling perspective on inheritance and home in today’s interconnected world.

Through evocative language and striking images, Seifer’s verse invites readers to reflect on the invisible barriers that shape human experience and the walls we strive to overcome.

The launch is open to the public and promises an inspiring afternoon of poetry and partying.
