Minnesota Timberwolves superstar Anthony Edwards did not kindly take the Houston Rockets Wing Dillon Brooks on Thursday, giving these comments to journalists after a 127-114 home (H/T Timberwolves beat Author Travis Singleton).

“I love the competing part, but like all the little smooth little dirty sts that he hit me in the face, and then I fell, and then he liked, ‘How much do you cry you want to do?’

“I’m like ‘Bruh, you hit me in my mother-king face. What do you want me to do?’

“Then you know I just don’t like that part. Like, don’t do anything and listed as you didn’t do it, you know what I say? But I love all the competitiveness, just as we compete all day we can talk st all day, But when you give it to do it, yes, it’s more than basketball at that time.

Edwards got the best of the matchup in the victory, but lost 41 points, seven rebounds and six assists.

Brooks is of course known to be one of NBA’s primary Antagonists and villains. That is he especially Poked At Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James in the past and was even thrown out of an endgame from 2023 (as a member of Memphis Grizzlies) when he Beaten A low blow on him.

So it’s not a surprise that he’s going for another star in Edwards who didn’t go kindly to Brooks’ actions. Things were definitely chippy between the two in this one.
