Colorado football hires Marshall Faulk to be the team’s RB trainer

Pro Football Hall of Famer Marshall Faulk has been hired as the new running backs coach at the University of Colorado and became the third Hall of Famer to join the coaching staff in Buffalo Under the main coach Deion Sanders in Boulder.

The university announced the rent late Thursday. It’s not clear if Faulk has ever coached before. He played previous races back in San Diego State and then continued to fame as an elite that ran back in the NFL for Indianapolis Colts and St. Louis Rams.

In Colorado, Faulk joins a staff gathered by Sanders who includes himself as a Pro Football Hall of Famer with candidate assistant coach Warren Sapp, another Pro Football Hall of Famer.

Faulk is one of NFL’s best running backs throughout the years and a Super Bowl master with Rams 25 years ago. But he was also suspended in 2017 by the NFL network after a lawsuit was brought against him and others by a former wardrobe stylist. It accused him of sexual harassment and groped the stylist. It was later settled outside the court.

Faulk, 51, has recently worked in the financial field outside football, according to online items. As the new running backs coach in Colorado, Faulk will be accused of improving a running game that was ranked at the end of the nation in rushing yard per year. Fight in 2023 and 2024.
