Jaxson Hayes started for Lakers on Thursday and placed 10 points (4-of-4 fg, 2-of-2 ft), 10 rebounds, two assists and three blocks in 25 minutes against the guides. He delivered his first double-double in the season by not missing out on a shot from the field or the bad line, making the most of his extended opportunity with Anthony Davis sideline.

Fantasy influence:

Haye’s strong interior playing – high -quality rebuilding and edge -protection rebounding – makes him a streaming option in deeper leagues while Davis remains out. Lakers is planning to reassess Davis in a week, but there is no guarantee that he will be ready to go at that time. Until Star Big Man Returns, Hayes must have enough of a role to remain at the fantasy radar.
