Sydney-to Championship Belts are on the way to Saturday Saturday as the Ultimate Fighting Championship has an exciting pay-per-view on the tap.

The main event will include a new match between two of the best warriors in the UFC as the Dricus du Plessis defends his middleweight title against Sean Strickland.

This is a new match from UFC 297 as you Plessis won the championship in a shared decision.

You Plessis have already had a title defense so far, forcing Israel Adesanya to tap out on the UFC 305. Fighter out of South Africa has a career record of 22-2, with 20 wins coming with knockout or submission.

After losing the championship, Strickland jumped back with a shared decision gain over Paulo Costa at UFC 302 last June. The American is 29-6 with 11 wins coming from knockout.

The second title match on Saturday will be for the woman’s straw weight belt as Master Zhang Weili is facing with Tatiana Suarez.

Zhang is heading into his third title defense in his second race with the belt. After losing back-to-back matches to Rose Namajunas, the Chinese-born fighter has won four straight matches, including a unanimous decision-making victory over Yan Xiaonan on the UFC 300.

Zhang is 25-3 with 19 wins via knockout or submission.

In 10 career MMA matches, Suarez has never lost. This will be her first match since he beat Jessica Andrade … in August 2023. Seven of Suarez’s victories have come with knockout or submission.
