Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez to fight William Scull in Saudi -Arabia on May 3rd

Four-weight World Champion Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez will meet IBF Super-Medical Weight Master William Scull in the first seizure of a four-match agreement agreed with Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh season.

The 34-year-old Mexican fighter in Saudi for the first time against Scull, 32, on May 3rd.

The match was confirmed by Turki Alalshikh, president of Saudi -Arabia’s general entertainment authority, Saturday.

Alvarez then meets American Terence Crawford in September before two more Saudi-organized bouts in 2026 as part of the four-match agreement announced earlier this week.

Alvarez has the WBA, WBC and WBO SuperMiddleVeVeTe titler-male was deprived of the IBF belt instead of meeting Scull, but will have a chance to regain it in May and again be the undisputed superdor’s master.

YouTuber-facing boxer Jake Paul has said he was involved in conversations to fight Alvarez in May and claimed the Mexican “ducked” him.
