After Burns portrayed Cheryl Frasier – alias ‘Miss Rhode Island’ – in Miss Congeniality and its successor, the actress worked on 2011’s What is your number?. She also had roles in TV series Twenty good years. Save me and Bored to death.

Candice Bergen, who played Kathy Morningside, continued to perform in comic TV shows and movies in the coming years.

Ernie Hudson was already an experienced actor when he appeared in Miss Congeniality As FBI assistant director Harry McDonald – but he was just as booked and busy.
