Memphis 90-82 Temple (9th February 2025) Game Recap

Memphis, Tenn .– PJ Haggerty had 20 points and seven assists, Dainja added 18 points and eight rebounds, and No. 17 Memphis used another half to hit Temple 90-82 on Sunday.

Dainja was 5 for 7 from the floor when Memphis (20-4, 10-1 American Athletic Conference) won his seventh straight. Memphis’ last loss and only the smudge on his conference record was on Temple on January 16.

Aiden Tobiason scored 18 for Temple, who played his second game without leading scores Jamal Mashburn Jr., who has to do with an lower body injury. Steve Settle had 17 for the owls (14-10, 6-5), and Quante Berry ended with 16.

The teams were tied 35-all by half as none of them were able to take care of the basketball ball. Temple had 10 revenue at half, and the tigers had 11. Owls made 5 of 10 outside the arch to stay even with Memphis.
