John Collins, Lauri Markkanen starts strongly against Lakers

Los Angeles – The first quarter was not a beautiful for Utah Jazz in Crypto.com Arena against La Lakers Monday.

However, the team’s veteran -forwarder, John Collins and Lauri Markkanen, were able to get off on the right foot with the NBA world and look at.

The Collins and the field can combine for 16 of Utah’s first 25 points. They did it while shooting almost 55 percent off the floor.

Unfortunately, Lakers could not, with an energy increase brought by Luka Doncic’s debut in Los Angeles, do nothing wrong in the opening quarter.

The starting lineup is poured into 30 points in the first quarter. The whole team basically shot the 63.6 percent edge from the field from the field and 45.5 percent from deep.

Outside of the two jazz forward were the only other players who scored in the first, Jordan Clarkson, Keyonte George and Micah Potter.

Clarkson had five points on 2/6 shooting. Both Geroeg and Potter had two points.

Jazz takes Lakers in Doncics debut, last road game before the break

Utah Jazz will be the first team in the association to see Luka Doncic in a Laker’s uniform as the superstar debuts LA Monday. With the game that is broadcast on ESPN, Utah comes to play with an almost spotless injuries.

Collin Sexton is still sidelined with an ankle injury, and the teams’ acquisition of the trade deadline, KJ Martin, will not fit against Lakers.

This will be the third matchup between Utah and Los Angeles this season. Lakers are 2-0 in the season series, but both games have been close. LA took the first matchup at home by six points and won the second in Salt Lake with only one.

With that said, it is safe to say that Lakers brings a whole new look to close the season.
