Austin Reaves broke up when a reporter used a normal word he had never heard before

While Luka Doncic and LeBron James put a show in Los Angeles Laker’s 132-113 victory over Utah Jazz on Monday night, it was Austin Reaves and Jaxson Hayes who got to sit at podium postgame to talk to the overall media.

Hayes was 6-for-6 from the field and paved his season hill at 12 points and caught Lobber from LeBron and Luka on Lakers’ first two bags of the game.

Reaves scored 22 points, led the team with nine rebounds and added four assists. And then he learned a new word during his press conference. Kind.

Espns Dave McMenamine would know if Reave’s appreciated watching Luke’s games up close. He prefived it by saying, “like a basketball -aficionado,” which caused Reave to interrupt him to ask what it was.

McMenamin explained that it meant that fan and Reave gave an even more funny answer. “I’m a big fan. I don’t know which word you just said.”
