Dirk Nowitzki explains the decision to join Luka Doncic Laker’s debut

Former Dallas Mavericks Hall of Fame Power Forward Dirk Nowitzki was on the enemy territory on Tuesday.

The former 6-FOD-11 former League MVP, which has a statue of its equality that makes its signature step-back jumper outside the American Airlines Arena, was at the Crypto.com Arena to cheer on the new Los Angeles Laker’s superstar- Guard Luka Doncic.

Doncic was shockingly treated away from mavericks in a three-team blockbuster exchange with LA and Utah Jazz before this year’s trading deadline, much to Chagrin by former majority owner Marc Cuban and Nowitzki himself.

Nowitkzi published a shocked reaction to its official X account when the news about the deal broke. In the exchange, Doncic, plus big men were Maxi Kleber and Markieff Morris, off-loaded to LA for 10-times all-star Power Forward/Center Anthony Davis, 3-and-D Swingman Max Christie and a 2029 first round Pick (Lakers traded Jalen Hood -Schifino and another rounder for the jazz while Mavericks sent a second of their own to Utah).

The often Hurt Davis could miss the next month of action with a new injury held during his first match for his new team.

Nowitzki, meanwhile, proved that his love for Doncic is running deep in flying to cheer on his disposable teammate. Doncic’s Rookie of the Year season in 2018-19, Nowitzki marked 21st and last year with Dallas in a legendary race. At that time, it looked like a generation mavericks talent handed the governments to another.

Despite Doncic led Mavericks to the NBA final just last year in the mature old age of 25, Dalla’s ownership acted him away, afraid that his health and attitude would cause them to regret hooking him to a five-year-old, $ 345 million maximum salary this summer.

Nowitzki went to X again to explain his decision to show up for his former Mavericks -buddy, where he played his first game for a franchise Nowitzki struggled many times in the post -season.

In Doncic’s first match for the LA-A 132-113 blowout over the low jazz-scored 6-foot-6 pro 14 points on an ineffective 5-of-14 shooting from the field (1-of-7 from deep) and 3- F-3 shooting from the bad line while playing below a minute limit.

Across just 23:33 of the action, Doncic also grabbed five rebounds and released four dimes. It marked his first game since he suffered a calf injury during a Christmas day loss to Minnesota Timberwolves.
