PSG 3-0 Brest (11 February 2025) Game Analysis

Paris Saint-Germain seized control of their Champions League Knockout-Phase-Bully Game with a commanding 3-0 first leg victory at Brest Tuesday driven by a stag from forward Ousmane Dembélé.

The match, which only marked the second time two French pages had been exposed to each other in the Champions League story, was dominated by a clinical PSG despite Brest also having their chances.

PSG broke the dead water after 21 minutes with Vitinha the conversion of a penalty after Pierre Lees-Melou‘s handball.

Visitors doubled their lead as Dembele cut from the right flank and beat the keeper at his closest post with a low strike, scoring in his eighth consecutive match for PSG.

In the 66th minute, Dembele secured his stag and locked himself on a loose ball in the box before sending a shot past Brest Keeper Marco Bizot.

The result leaves Brest with a mountain to climb the return leg of Parc des Princes on February 19th.
