So Joy Kellen Moore, he’s New Orleans Saints coach.

Last time we saw Kelly Moore, he absolutely ate Steve Spagnolo’s defense.

How do you like this rent to the saints?

And what do you think of Kullamore as a head coach in the future?

I think New Orleans Saints get a really bright offensive mind, an offensive game caller that not only morless Eagles’ plan from week to week, but he is morphed to each of the teams he has been in.

I have reported on Kellen Moore pretty extensive in the last few months.

And when I think of Kellen I think of someone who, hi, if he has a quarterback as he has it like it is the best way to win he will let that guy turn it on and create some, whether it is Using Tempo, it’s a really big thing for Kellen or Misinction to help the piece get started.

That’s what Kellen will do.

But when he has a running back like Saquan Barkley or even the year when he had Ezekiel Elliott and Tony Pollard on cowboys, he will go with it and he is not afraid to say this is the best way to win.

So I think you hear schematic from really all the players who have worked with him from offensive line to quarterback, how much they appreciate the level of detailing that Kellen gives them.

And then interpersonal, Kellen is one that he is not tall, he is not brash.

I mean, expect him kind of to trust other employees to this extent, but a performer who interviewed him for a coaching position in a recent cycle, it was a main coach position, told me that they thought Kellen has the emotional intelligence to connect with the room.

So, as I said on the podcast last week, he may not require respect, but he will command respect.

And I think we see if it’s Andy reader, Bill Belichick, again.

I do not compare Kellen at this point in his career with these guys, but none of these guys went into space and screamed and Dan Campbell Hulking presence.

The only thing I care about is this if he wants to get patience on this job because he wants to take patience.

You can’t go into this job and say that if they go, let’s say the bottom is definitely falling out and they win 6 games in 2 years, oh, oh you have to go now.

I don’t think that’s how you could treat Kellen Moore in this job.

I think he needs time.

I think the holy jobs are bad.

They have a really aging list in many keys.

Odds Derek Carr is just kind of who they are stuck with at the moment, let’s be honest.

I don’t think he’s, Derek Carr is a terrible quarterback in any way, but it’s clearly not like the answer there either if he’s even around and they have Cap problems.

So I think the big thing for Kellen is more, he gives patience and too, is he allowed to be himself?

Because oh we want to talk a lot about his personality.

You just allow him to be who he is.

I think he could grow and be a great head coach.

I really do, and I think this fits well with the saints, but again it won’t be quite early.
