Luis Enrique Hails ‘PlayStation’ footballer Ousmane Dembele after the amazing UEFA Champions League Brace for PSG

Paris Saint-Germain Manager Luis Enrique grew lyrically about Ousmane Dembele after the front net a stag in a 3-0 knockout round play-off first leg binding against Brest.

Vitinha opened the scoring at Stade de Roudourou with a penalty in the 21st minute, and Dembele doubled their lead at the battle in half -time with an unstoppable left -footed shot.

The 27-year-old scored his second at night as he jumped on a loose ball that fell into the Brest box and fired another shot past Marco Bizot.

In a speech after the match, Enrique told TNT Sports: “Ousmane is in a great moment of confidence and he is now as a PlayStation (player) with the light of him! But as a whole team we try to defend and attack together and we are Satisfied with the performance.

“Since the first day here in Paris, I have said that I feel lucky to have this group of players and to continue working at a club like Paris.”

Joe Cole also did not wasting time giving Dembele his flowers after the wing delivered another star’s performance.

When he spoke after the game, TNT Sports Pundit Joe Cole Cole wondered over Dembele’s performance and called him “most in form in Europe” at the moment.

“PSG, any criticism that we have noticed on them in the last four, five, six, seven years – opposite tonight,” he said.

“Intense, professional, aggressive. I thought they were completely brilliant. Given that they were limping into this part of the tournament so they looked sure they were driving high in the league again.

“And in Dembele they probably have the most in form player, so much smaller wings, in European football. And when he is in shape, with his qualities, he is unstoppable.”

Cole had also chosen the former Barcelona player before the match and noticed that in Paris he finally began to guarantee the large amount spent on him during his career.

The Catalan giants wrote up 135.5 million pounds for him from Dortmund in 2017, but injuries and inconsistency ran factors behind his match in Spain.

Since traveling to Paris to play under former Barcelona manager Luis Enrique, Dembele delivers the potential that was always clear to see.

“It’s a lot of money that clubs have spent on this man and he has shown flashes of it,” Cole said before PSG’s victory. “I love him and admire him he makes things happen. He is a setback he gets the ball and he is direct.

“I think he enjoys being the most important man. He hasn’t gotten it, he has taken that in his group of players and I think he really enjoys it.”

It was only the second time that Two French sides Has been exposed to in the Champions League, but Brest will undoubtedly be ill with the sight of Dembele already after he terrorized Les Pirates just 10 days ago in Ligue 1, where he scored a hat trick in a 5-2 win for PSG.
The result leaves Brest with a mountain to climb in another stage on Parc de Princes, a place they haven’t won on Since 1981.

PSG already has one eye on the next round and will be eager to ban the memories of their Galacticos pages that flew in the Champions League in previous seasons.

“They play with a level of confidence and control, but not with the level of arrogance that you would previously associate with PSG teams,” Joleon Lescott added.

“It could have been all that the game. Brest had a spell in the first half, but generally they were completely in control of the pace.

“When they would attack how they would attack, the fluidity and exchange of Fremad. It was a truly professional performance from PSG.”

Apart from a capitulation of a cataclysmic level in the second stage, PSG faces either Liverpool or Barcelona in the next round.

Arne Slot’s side peaked the league’s phase of the competition and only a 3-2 loss to PSV on the last match day that averted those who ended it undefeated.
