Raptors 106-103 76ers (11 February 2025) Game Recapt

Philadelphia-Scottie Barnes scored 33 points, Immanuel Quickley added 23, and Toronto Raptors cracked a four-match’s losing row with a 106-103 win over Philadelphia 76ers Tuesday night.

Gradey Dick added 17 points, including a clutch late on 3-pointer. Barnes fed Ochai Agbaji for a 1:32 setup to set up Raptors for good.

Joel Embiid had 27 points and 12 rebounds, but the 76s (20-33) fell a season-worst 13 games below .500. Jared Butler had 15 points from the bench and Paul George added 12.

Tyrese Maxey had only five points on 1-for-9 shooting. He was 1 for 7 from 3-point range, with the 76s ending 9 for 38 (23.7%).

Takeaways

Raptors: Before the game, Raptors Brandon Ingram signed a three-year extension of $ 120 million. He was acquired from New Orleans last week but has not played since December 7 due to an ankle injury.

76ers: Sixers got lots of bench scoring with 15 points from Butler and 13 from Quentin Grimes. But it came one evening when Maxey ended a race of 18 straight matches of 25 of more points.

Keying moment

Embiid shot 4 for 13 in the second half and 2 for 6 in the fourth quarter. He made a turnover with 76ers down two and 8.1 seconds left, which allowed Dick to hit a free throw for the final margin.

Key State

In a total bad shooting game, Raptors 3 for 9 was from 3-point reach in the fourth, just enough to get the victory.

Up next

Toronto hosts Cleveland on Wednesday. The 76s visit Brooklyn, both play their last matches before the All-Star break.
