Kadarius Toney arrested for allegedly having strangled a woman

Kadarius Toney was arrested last week After a woman accused him of strangling his last month, TMZ reports sports.

Police documents obtained by the site show that Toney allegedly put his hand around the woman’s neck during a dispute in a Georgia residence on January 14. He pressed “with probably forced to make her unable to breathe,” per. Documents and woman had brands on the neck and Petechial bleeding in the eyes.

During the shift, Toney is accused of taking the woman’s phone to prevent her from calling 911.

Arrest warrants were issued on January 15, and prison registers obtained by TMZ show that Toney was in a Douglas County prison on February 6th. He is facing an indictment of worsening assault – choking – and a charges of hindering/harassing 911 calls.

His bond was set at $ 25,000 for each count.

Browns cut Toney on December 10 after only three matches and more errors. He remained a free agent for the rest of the season. He won two Super Bowls in 2022 and 2023 with Chiefs.

Toney, 26, may have played its last match after only four seasons and 35 total matches with three teams.
