Red Sox is the team.

It has the least excuse.

He makes them better.

He gives them an important meaningful veteran presence, a bankable player in a team that does not necessarily have many of these guys.

He is a right -handed bat in a set -up that is very left -handed heavy and if he is willing to play another base for Boston, for me it is a no brains and the only one.

It is to stop them is their desire to keep the payroll down.

I think in the end he goes back to Houston.

Because they are the team, I think it’s willing to pay the most for him because he means more to that team than he does for other teams, right?

And then if you are Red Sox and you put a number value on what you are willing to pay for Bregman, this number must be lower must be lower than what the Houston number is and it is because of the emotional attachment Partly, and because he has more economic value in the city, to the right to bring fans to the ballpark.

If they bring Bregman back, it will rejuvenate the fan base in a very meaningful way, not like this fanbase has not seen much winner.

OK, but these dynamics are in play, they are real.

So I think he eventually ends up back in Houston just because he means more to that team than any of the others.

I think it’s valid, even though at this point I think it would have happened now.

I don’t know.

I may be assuming he just thinks it is, the longer he is waiting for yes, he, you can convince Jim Crane to pick up the phone and increase the offer because it is the kind of owner he is, um .

I don’t know.

I think he’s going somewhere else.

I am still leaning against Boston in some way that they find a way to make it work.

Um, and then Detroit and Chicago are interesting.

Detroit is, is an obvious fun combination that we have pointed out that it should be in the long term, it will not make sense for him to go to Detroit for 1 or 2 years.

I can see Boston.

And end up being the team that gives him the short contract, it’s a place where you can imagine that he would enjoy beating, you know, a shorter period of time and then maybe go into the market.

Except for that, and then Toronto, I, I don’t know I feel like they have kinds of, kind of tapped out, and they also have to be in extension of that junior mode.

I can’t imagine that they could still prioritize Bregman at this time.
