Jeremy Lin to Coach G League Team

NBA’s 2025 All-Star Weekend (ASW) in Chase Center, home to the Golden State Warriors, is upon us. It is an exciting three-day affair, the jam with events, including Castrol Rising Stars Challenge.

Rising Stars is an annual showcase for the association’s best young talent. The playing pool consists of 21 up-and-celebrated rookies and Sophomores plus seven g League members. Divided into groups of seven, they will go head-to-head into a mini-four team tournament. This format may sound familiar to those who have set themselves in the competition for the past two years. However, There is an exciting new VRI to the winner.

With the ASW in the Bay area, the NBA appointed four era coaches who have previously represented Warriors (one for each team). Not only did these legends play in the Golden State, but they all began their travels to become household names with the franchise.

Here’s a look at the stars’ role crew of players and coaches for the 2025 Rising Stars Challenge.

In the week of the 13th anniversary of his famous “Lensanity” drive, Jeremy Lin returns to the NBA Side line to lead the G League team. The iconic stretch of almost two months happened when he was with New York Knicks, but his career in the league started in the Golden State.

Lin’s heartwarming and timely return as G League coach is a story on his own. Nevertheless, he will guide a fun crew that is eager to make their mark. 2024 Nr. 3 The total draft choice Reed Sheppard from Rio Grande Valley Vipers, Houston Rockets’ developmental associated company is shown. Two-time defending slam Dunk Contest champion Mac McClung from Osceola Magic (Orlando Magic) is also in the mixture. Both are well -considered for their athletics, which means we should get some exciting highlights.

Memphis Grizzlies have been one of the leading teams in the league this season thanks to strong contributions from their draft of 2024. Two-way wing Jaylen Wells and 7-Foot-4 Center Zach Edey have been core totation pieces to a top-three seed in the west Conference on the way into ASW. Mullin could lean on them in winning time, considering that they have shown the ability to influence these situations positively.
