Eddie Vedder calls Elvis Costello back during Epic SNL 50 Performance

Eddie Vedder was one of the early artists at Saturday Night Live‘s 50th anniversary concerts Snl.

Pearl Jam -Front Man opened with “The Waiting” Snl Legends lost over the years, including Gilda Radner, Phil Hartman, Chris Farley, Norm MacDonald and John Belushi.

From there, Vedder paid tribute to Costello’s iconic 1977 Snl Performance where Costello suddenly stopped playing “less than zero” and instead launched in “Radio Radio”. Vedder recreated the moment before ripping in a blistering reproduction of Pearl Jam’s “Corduroy.”
