How to stream Warriors vs. Rockets

The Golden State Warriors begin their home back-to-back by hosting the Houston Rockets Thursday evening. The match will be played at 7:00 PM PT in San Francisco and can be seen on NBA TV and NBC Sports Bay Area.

Previously with Warriors:

Golden State lost Tuesday’s matchup against the Denver Nuggets, 119-115. They extended their current losing streak to five games and fell to sixth in the Western Conference with their record at 12-8.

The Warriors’ defense had no answer for Nuggets’ center Nikola Jokic. The three-time league MVP posted a monster stat line of 38 points, 10 rebounds, six assists, five steals and a block. Kevon Looney, who got the starting nod at center for the Warriors, put up a valiant effort against Jokic but fouled out late in the fourth quarter as the Nuggets seized momentum and went on an 11-0 run to close out the game.

What to watch tonight:

The Warriors face the first game of their back-to-back heavily short-handed with Stephen Curry and Draymond Green both ruled out. Curry continues to deal with bilateral knee soreness that sidelined him for a game last week, while Green will miss his second straight game with left calf tightness. Adding to the uncertainty, starting small forward Andrew Wiggins is listed as questionable with a right ankle injury.

Meanwhile, the Rockets have emerged as one of the top teams in the Western Conference this season. Winners of three of their last four games, Houston sits second in the standings with a 15-7 record.

Under head coach Ime Udoka, the Rockets have made defense their identity. They boast the league’s second-best defensive rating (105.3) and lead the NBA with 50.1 rebounds per game. matchup – an area where a lesser Warriors team could struggle to compete.

Golden State will need to lean heavily on its depth to snap its five-game losing streak and come away with a win in this challenging Western Conference matchup.
