First school announces delay ahead of cold temperatures Thursday

Schools in the area have reported delays ahead of the cold temperatures Thursday morning.

Emmanuel Christian Academy in Springfield has a two-hour delay Thursday.

At least 40 schools and businesses will open late due to icy weather.
