Erin Andrews makes personal announcement before Eagles-Packers

Sideline reporter Erin Andrews and the Fox Sports NFL broadcast team were in action at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday for the NFC wild-card game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Green Bay Packers.

Before kickoff, Andrews and fellow Los Angeles resident Fox play-by-play broadcaster Kevin Burkhardt shared a 48-second selfie video. In it, the duo discussed deadly forest fires currently ravaging Southern California and how they plan to give back to the relief effort.

“Let’s be honest, it’s been an absolutely horrible week,” Andrews began. “So we got to talking: What can we do to help? … We’re actually working with the (American) Red Cross.”

Asking fans to consider making a donation to the Red Cross, Andrews and Burkhardt also announced that fans who donate as little as $10 will have a chance to win a behind-the-scenes experience with them at a game in next season.
