Grand opening announced for second Wawa store in Tallahassee

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – The grand opening date for the second Wawa store in Tallahassee was announced Friday.

The grand opening of the store, located at 1755 North Blair Stone Road, is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 31, according to a news release from Braithwaite.

The doors open at 8, and the ribbon-cutting ceremony starts at 8:30

Wawa plans to introduce more store locations in the Panhandle and Tallahassee markets. Wawa plans to open 20 stores in the Florida Panhandle, including four to six stores in Tallahassee over the next five to eight years, the news release said.

Tallahassee’s first Wawa store opened in November. It is located at 1465 Capital Circle NW Highway.
