Internet Fires Back After Fox News Host Asked Why Michelle Obama Won’t Attend Trump’s Inauguration

By now, we’ve all heard that former first lady Michelle Obama is not attended Donald Trump’s second inauguration.

So I’m sure it’s no surprise to hear a Fox News host have something to say about it. Two million people have seen Jesse Watters expresses his thoughts on Obama’s decision.

“Why are Barack and Michelle on such different sides?” he asked.

“Barack can’t convince his wife to do her duty and attend the inauguration?” he asked.

“BUT she’s an independent woman and she can do what she wants I guess.”

The internet immediately pointed out the hypocrisy of Jesse’s questionnaire. “No Trump attended Biden’s inauguration. What’s wrong with maga memory?” asked this person.

Many people have pointed out that it is not necessarily Michelle Obama’s “duty” to attend the inauguration. “Barack Obama is a former president. He has to participate despite his personal feelings! Michelle is a private citizen and is not bound by such restrictions!”
