Maxwell Football Club Names Bills HC Sean McDermott 36th Earle Greasy Neale Award Winner

The Maxwell Football Club has announced Bills head coach Sean McDermott as the winner of the 36. Earle Greasy Neale Award as the most outstanding coach in professional football. This is the first time a Bills head coach has earned this honor.

This year, McDermott has accomplished the following as coach of the Bills:

Established in 2001, the Greasy Neale Award is a prestigious honor in pro football awarded annually to the NFL’s most outstanding head coach. This prestigious accolade recognizes exceptional leadership, strategic innovation and significant impact on the game. The award is named in tribute to Earle “Greasy” Neale, a revered figure in football history known for his groundbreaking career as both a college and professional football coach.
