However, things have not always been this way. In fact, Donald Trump’s daughter once admitted that she would gorge on carbs three times a day, usually in the form of pasta or pizza, instead of eating a healthy diet during her twenties.

After becoming a mother, her perspective changed, and ten years later, Ivanka is in better shape than ever.

She recently revealed that she had been doing yoga, cardio and Pilates for years without getting the desired results, so her fitness journey was not all simple, as quoted in a report by The Daily Mail.

She clarified that she noticed a significant shift when she shifted her attention to weight lifting and resistance training. The mother of three now takes her health very seriously, working out four days a week and eating 30-40 grams of protein at every meal.

Appearing on The Skinny Confidential Him & Her podcast this week, she stated, “It’s that combination of protein and resistance training and weight lifting.” She also wakes up at 5.30 every morning, meditates daily and consumes an “excessive” amount of water.

Ivanka has been open about her love of spicy food, such as stews, sausages, noodles and anything involving melted cheese. She’s shared her diet with FEMAIL, sharing everything she’s ever said about how she stays in shape, from her diet to her workout routine.

Ivanka and her family follow a kosher diet as she converted to Judaism in 2009 after being with Jared, who grew up Modern Orthodox. She has tried to instill healthy eating in her children, as she told Harper’s Bazaar in 2015 that Arabella is actually quite a healthy eater.

In addition to her rigorous exercise routine, Ivanka loves spending time outdoors and playing sports, whether it’s surfing, paddle tennis, swimming in the ocean, wake surfing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, hiking, walking or golf.
