Ivana Marie ‘Ivanka’ Trump is an American businesswoman. She is the second child of Donald Trump, the President-elect of the United States, and his first wife, Ivana.
Ivanka was a senior adviser in her father’s first administration and also director of the Office of Economic Initiatives and Entrepreneurship.
Prior to her political career, Ivanka was the vice president of her family-owned Trump Organization and also a board judge on her father’s television show, The Apprentice. Trump converted to Judaism before marrying Jared Kushner, a real estate developer and publisher, in 2009. The couple have three children.
In January 2017, she left the Trump Organization to become an unofficial adviser in her father’s first presidential administration with her husband. In March 2017, she became an official employee in his administration.
More than Ivanka’s political career and controversies surrounding the same, Ivanka has drawn attention to her appearance when she has been in public. The 43-year-old hardly looks her age, and as it turns out, her wellness routine holds the secret to her ‘beauty’.
Ivanka recently opened up about her fitness and toned body as her admirers continue to wonder how she manages to stay in great shape.

The ‘slim’ secret:

According to the 43-year-old and mother of 3, she has made a great effort to maintain her impressive body, following a strict training routine and strict diet.
However, things have not always been this way.
Ivanka once admitted that she would gorge on “carbs three times a day, usually in the form of pasta or pizza” instead of eating a healthy diet during her twenties.
But after Ivanka became a mother, her perspective changed and she took a U-turn and focused on fitness.

The fitness journey:

Ivanka recently revealed that she did yoga, cardio and Pilates for years without getting the desired results, indicating that her fitness journey was not so easy.
The soon-to-be first daughter further explained that she noticed a marked shift when she shifted her focus to “weightlifting and resistance training.”

The protein-rich meals:

Ivanka is now fully committed to her health as she works out four days a week and makes sure every meal has 30-40 grams of protein. She revealed on The Skinny Confidential Him & Her podcast, “It’s that pairing of protein and resistance training and weightlifting. For a while I was lifting weights and I still wasn’t getting nearly enough protein and I wasn’t seeing the change. It was when I married the two things that I started to feel a difference.”
Ivanka, who is an early riser, gets up at 5.30 every day, practices meditation daily and drinks an ‘excessive’ amount of water. However, there are also ‘cheat days’ in between.
Ivanka admitted that she occasionally deviates from her usual strict diet despite her commitment. According to her, she occasionally enjoys “stews, sausages, noodles, and anything that involves melted cheese.”
