Who is Bozoma Saint John’s Executive Assistant Nico Govan?

Bozoma Saint John is one of the most dynamic cast members of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” franchise. Her impressive work resume includes CMO and other marketing titles at Netflix, Uber, Apple Music and PepsiCo, and she is the CEO and creator of the hair care company Eve of Boz. She is also the mother of a teenage daughter, Lael.

Saint John joined The Real Housewives” in 2024, and fans have also seen her loyal executive assistant, Nico Govan, by her side throughout the season.

Nico Govan has appeared in several RHOBH scenes, so fans have gotten a glimpse of what he does for Saint John. Govan’s LinkedIn page describes him as an “accomplished Executive Assistant with a proven track record of providing first-class support to high-profile executives.”

Govan’s EA background includes managing social media content, coordinating travel, organizing parties and events, managing and styling photo shoots, hiring and training staff, overseeing various projects for her high-level employers, and more.

Govan has a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture, according to his LinkedIn.

On “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” Govan was seen in the “Meet Bozoma” intro segment, accompanying her to a workshop she was running. At home, he greeted Saint John’s guests – and reminded them to take off their shoes when they entered her house. He’s also served champagne and snacks, helped his boss pack for her first ever RHOBH girls trip, and even arranged a “Sisterhood Serenity Soiree” for the fellow players.

In a video sent to Saint John’s Instagram pageGovan was seen helping Saint John get into her dress for a glam photo shoot for the Bravo reality show. “My cheeky and magical assistant: @nicogovan“, Saint John captioned the clip of Govan helping her get ready for the glamorous shoot.

Govan is clearly more than just an employee for Saint John. In August 2024, Govan wrote an Instagram gallery for his 26th birthday. “Extremely blessed going into 26 ,” he wrote.

Saint John commented with, “It’s our FAVE EA’s day!!!!!! And we celebrate being in your lane…. .”

“THANK YOU MS SAINT JOHN ,” Govan replied.

Nico Govan said he learned so much from Bozoma Saint John

Govan has previously praised his boss. In an interview in December 2024 on the “Don’t Let It Stu” podcasttold chef Stu O’Keeffe that he was thrilled when his boss joined “The Real Housewives” because it gives people a chance to see what she’s really like outside of the business world.

“The thing I was most excited about her joining the show is that everyone knows her corporate personality — you know who she is in the boardroom, who she is as a boss,” he said. “And even she will say it, you don’t know what she’s like as a mother, you don’t know what she’s like as a girlfriend, you don’t know what she’s like as a friend. You really don’t know what she’s like as a mentor.”

Govan added: “I started learning from her from day one. And I think that’s what I love the most is that I go and every day I learn something from her and how I apply it to myself.”
