Billy Ray Cyrus’ son encourages him to seek help for Trump’s performance

Billy Ray Cyrus’ son has written a pleasing open letter to his father after the musician attended Donald Trump’s Liberty Ball after the inauguration on Monday.

Trace Cyrus, also a musician who played in the band Metro Station, said in an Instagram post that Billy Ray is “not healthy,” and “everyone notices it,” and told him he will be there for him , if he is willing to accept help. Billy Ray gave a rocky performance at Liberty Ball, fought through technical difficulties and sang Acapella as he walked around the stage.

“Since my earliest memories is all I can remember to be obsessed with you and believe that you were the coolest person ever,” wrote trace. Billy Ray adopted Trace in 1993 after married his now ex -wife Tish Cyrus. “I would be like you. The day you adopted me was the happiest day of my life. Unfortunately the man whom I so desperately wanted to be, just as I can hardly recognize now. It seems that this world has beaten you down , and it has become clear to everyone except you.

Trace continues to state that he and his sisters, Miley, Brandi and Noah Cyrus, have been concerned for a long time and that Billy Ray closed them out. “Me and the girls have been genuinely worried about you for years, but you’ve pushed us all away,” he said. “Noah has desperately wanted you to be part of her life and you haven’t even been there for her. It’s your little girl. She deserves better. Somehow, like me, she still adore you. We all hang on to the memories of the man we once knew and hope for the day he returns.

“You’re not a healthy father and everyone notices it,” Trace continued. “Like I showed up for you to Mamaw’s funeral when you didn’t expect me to be, I am still here right now. While I am writing this with tears in my eyes, I hope you realize that this message only comes from a place with love and also fear that the world may lose you too soon. I don’t know exactly what you are struggling with but I think I have a pretty good idea & I would very much like to help you if you want to open up and receive the help. with praying for you. ”

Billy Ray’s performance was met with critical online feedback, as “Achy Breaky Heart” singer spoke on Tuesday in his own post on social media. “I wouldn’t have missed the honor of playing this event, whether my microphone, guitar and monitors worked or not,” he wrote. “I was there because President Donald J. Trump invited me. I had a ball for Liberty Ball last night and I’ve learned throughout all these years when the producer says ‘you’re up and running’ that you have to entertain the people even if the equipment goes to hell. I was there for the people and we had fun. It’s called Rock N Roll !!! ”
