Amazon Haul: It’s like Temu in the Amazon Shopping app

Can you guess how much money the super -cheap Chinese dealer Temu got last year? The answer is about $ 54 billion, and the latest figures show that almost half came from US shoppers.

It’s hard to resist cheap things that are sent right to the door even when you end up with Fun mistake like this. Do you want a way to achieve Temu-like agreements without giving communist China all your personal data? Meet Amazon Haul, the new online destination for dirt-cheap finds.

Before you light up my inbox with “Kim Komando, this is just cheap shit from China!” … I know. If it feels like a waste to buy these things for you then keep rolling, my friend.

Amazon Haul 101

You can’t shop for these cheap things in your browser; Haul is only built into the Amazon Shopping app. Look for the “Haul” tab at the top. Here is a link to download the Amazon appIf you need it.

Everything is under $ 20, but most items are far, far less. You will find everything from electronics to hair accessories to kitchen utensils.

What about shipping? Free delivery next day does not apply. For wooden orders over $ 25 there are no shipping costs but expect to wait a week or two while your things come directly from China. For orders below 25 USD, there is a fee of 3.99 USD.

Returning Transport is free for purchases over $ 3 within 15 days. Send your stuff back, or use one of Amazon’s delivery places such as Whole Foods, UPS, KOHL’s and Staples.

Red flags

Amazon Haul is full of brands you’ve never heard of. What you buy online may not be exactly what is coming. Here are a few musts so you don’t quite throw away money:

  • Check the reviews: Amazon brands reviews from customers who have really purchased the item, as a “verified purchase”. There aren’t many reviews as Amazon Haul is new.
  • Find AI-Generated Photos: Looking the pictures a little also Perfect… or quite weird? Look for things like strange lighting and proportions that feel bad.
  • Use common sense: You get cheap items sent from China, so buy accordingly. Avoid electronics with lithium-ion batteries, charging cables that can burn, or beauty objects that may not be sure of your skin.
