Anthony Edwards good to go to Saturday’s match against Nuggets

Minnesota Timberwolves -Guard Anthony Edwards are good to go and start on Saturday afternoon’s match against Denver Nuggets at the Target Center in Minneapolis despite being considered a gametime decision due to illness.

Edwards were listed as questionable in Friday’s injuries, and Timberwolves coach Chris Finch said he was a gametime decision ahead of the game. But Edwards will be his usual presence in the Wolves starting lineup on Saturday. He has not missed a game this season that started all 44, and average a career-best 26.2 points per year. Fight ranking eighth in the NBA to go with 5.8 rebounds and 4.3 assists per year. Competition.

Edwards have been particularly good in January as these average rose to 29.9 points, 6.1 rebounds and 5.3 assists.

Donte Divincenzo (toe) and Terrence Shannon Jr. (ankle) has been excluded for the wolves.

Nuggets are down just Vlatko Cancar (knee) and Daron Holmes II (Achilles), both out with seasonal ending injuries.
