Wigan names a strong squad to the Handlingy Outlift

Wigan Warriors chief coach Matt Peat has appointed a strong page for Sunday’s clash with Rhinos at County Headingley, kick off at 1 p.m. 15.00, in Ash Handelsy’s Testimonial match.

The 26-man Wigan team includes 15 of the 17 players who were at Old Trafford last October to complete Quadruple with wing player Abbas Miski and Prop Ethan Harvard as the only two who missed.

The Wigan squad includes a number of Handelsy’s former Rhinos teammates with Kruise Leeming, Tyler Dupree and Sam Walters, all included, while the initial Rob Burrow Award winner, as the match man in the big finale, Bevan French is also included.

The English national team players Jake Wardle, Liam Marshall, Harry Smith, Luke Thompson, Junior Nsemba and Liam Farrell, who will be the leader of Warriors, are everyone in the squad to meet Rhinos as well.
