James Gunn is doing this Sunday afternoon super by revealing a new teaser to his Superman film. The latest promo builds on top of the previous teaser with additional recordings, including new appearance on Lex Luthor (Nicholas Hoult), the fortress of loneliness and a sequence with SUPES IN FLIGHT. While the latest Superman Teaser does not reveal much of anything new, it is based on the film’s mystery instead of showing too much too soon.

James Gunn’s Superman looks promising. In this short glimpse of the film we see the last son of Krypton, who goes very far for the city of Metropolis. The shot of SUPES that protects a young girl from a nearby explosion still gives me goosebumps, and it is exciting to see the icy exterior of what I am assuming is the range of loneliness to the sky. The teaser also includes footage of Superman during flight, bobbing, weaving and performing a cork screw movement as he flies through holes in the tag ice cream. You can almost hear Peppy Hare from Star Fox 64 Shout: “Make a barrel roll!”

Superman Stars David Corenswet (Pearl) like Clark Kent and Rachel Brosnahan (The amazing Mrs. Maisel) Like Lois Lane. Role crew also includes Nathan Fillion (Rookie) as Guy Gardner, a charismatic and easily disgusting member of Green Lantern Corps; Isabela Merced (Dora and the lost town of gold) As Hawkgirl; EDI GATHEGI (X-Men: First Class) which loses amazing; Anthony Carrigan (Barry) As Metamorpho; María Gabriela de Faría (Deadly class) as an engineer, a member of the authority; Sara Sampaio (At midnight) As Eve Teschmacher; Skyler Gisondo (The righteous gems) as Jimmy Olsen; Wendell Pierce (The cord) As Perry White; Neva Howell (Logan Lucky) as Martha Kent; Pruitt Taylor-Vince (The Walking Dead) As Jonathan Kent; and Nicholas Hoult (The big one) As Lex Luthor. Superman is intended to hit theaters on July 11, 2025.

What do you think about the new Superman teaser? Do you like the drip-feed approach to reveal details of the movie, or do you want to know more right now? Superman are ready to set the tone of James Gunn and Peter Safran’s DCU. Let’s hope they knock it out of the park.
