Trail Blazers Shock Damian Lillard and Bucks

Portland Trail Blazers got away with a 125-112 win over Milwaukee Bucks Tuesday night to keep Damian Lillard Winless as visitors to the Moda Center. Blazers were led by the 30 points in Deni Avdija. On the other hand, the Superstar duo combined the lady and Giannis Antetokounmpo for 59 points, with Lillard getting 20 and Giannis had 39.

Blazer of the game: Deni Avdija, again. Avdija has been consistently big for weeks and this game was no different. His 30 points led Portland. He added 9 rebounds and a couple of stealing on top of it. He did all this while shooting 10-18 from the field and 3-7 from three-point reach. His ability to get to the free throwing line was basically on full view tonight when he made 7 out of 9 attempts from the line.

State at night: 52-36 rebounding difference. Blazers were dominant on the glass tonight, led to a 16 rebound benefit. Deandre Ayton led the team with 14 boards, backed by the 11 of Toumani Camara and 9 from Avdija. Portland also snagged 17 offensive rebounds, which allowed them to incur 17 second chance points.

What we will remember: Another spoiled return. Damian Lillard is now 0-2 as visitors to the Moda Center. Blazers still find a way to limit his production and prevent him from adding another victory to his massive total in Portland. Blazers endured Lillard’s 20-point performance on 7-17 shooting and came again with the victory.
