Sam Smith signs while Ryan Reynolds and Rob McEnhenney Greenlight delve in Dream than to Wrexham Transfer Window

There are now less than five days left in the winter transfer window, and Wrexham is still expected to be active before the deadline day.

In the structure of the transfer window in January, it seemed likely that Wrexham would get their business done early.

It turned out all the way back in November 2024 that the red dragons will sign an striker with a championship experience.

However, there are still a number of nine that do not yet come to the race track this month, with only one new addition made so far.

Ryan Longman joined Wrexham from Hull City in a deal assumed to be worth in the area £ 500,000.

A solid rotation up, but there is still work to be done in Wales if Phil Parkinson’s and co. Want to make a proper push for automatic promotion.

With that in mind, we have seen a look at what a dream tonger on the transfer window can look like at Wrexham.

Wrexham Character Sam Smith from Reading

Wrexham has struggled to get a new number nine through the door so far this month.

Joe Gelhardt has joined Hull despite interest from the League One clothing, and various other goals do not appear close to arrival.

Wrexham is not expected to sign Michael Smith from Sheffield on Wednesday despite great interest this month.

But the red dragons have now approached another of his namesake and persecuted Reades Sam Smith.

A Wrexham movement for Smith may prove to be difficult to implement as Royals cannot replace him because of their transfer embargo.

But he already has 11 goals during this period in League One and would be a much, much better option than Ollie Palmer in the Target Man role.

Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mcelhenney sanctions two Wrexham -outputs

While incomes must be the focus of the last few days of the transfer window, it is imperative that Wrexham also balance their team.

Anthony Fore was unable to be registered in League One in the first half of 2024/25 due to their team size.

And with someone else expected to arrive this month, outputs must be sanctioned by Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney to make sure players all earn enough minutes.

With Longman, now set to cover Ryan Barnett on right -wing, it makes sense that Sebastian Revan is lent in the second half of 2024/25.

Revan has underpinned in Wrexham since its summer transfer and may have to leave to rediscover its best shape.

Given that he has played less than 90 minutes of League One football this season, Modou Faal should also be allowed to secure a temporary exit.
