Squid Game’s last season for premiere on Netflix in June

The highly expected third and last season of Octopus games Beginning streaming on Netflix on June 27.

The premiere date was revealed as part of the streamer’s wider ‘Next on Netflix’ preview of its 2025 slate. Next to the premiere date, some first pictures (including the one depicted above) and key art (see below) were revealed.

Octopus games Debuted in September 2021 for considerable recognition and quickly became Netflix’s most watched series. The second season premiered in December 2024 for virtually positive reviews, although some criticized it for having felt like “half” of the story. And definitely, it’s because it’s been filmed back-to-back with the third and last season. Fortunately, fans don’t have to wait too much longer to see if Seong gi-she (Lee Jung-Jae) gets his long awaited revenge.
