The 24 All -Stars will be distributed to three teams selected by TNT “Inside the NBA” commentators Shaquille O’Neal, Kenny Smith and Charles Barkley. The fourth team will be the winning team from Rising Stars Challenge-AS has shown AA similar three-game tournament for three years. TNT commentator and seven-time WNBA All-Star Candace Parker will serve as GM for the new Rising Stars team.
