It’s hard to imagine that Memphis Grizzlies are 31-16 in spite of failure Marcus Smart For the majority of the season and get some beautiful Meh -Offensive Efficiency Out of Yes Morant. Their starting lineup does not scream exactly third seeds at the western conference – but here we are.

Save to Oklahoma City Thunder and Cleveland CavaliersGrizzlies have been the best team in the NBA at home. In Memphis, they designate a fantastic 19-5 record and a +11.7 net assessment.

I will buy into Memphis’ home forces in tonight’s tough competition toward Houston Rockets.

Rockets come in with a +5.9 net assessment, the sixth best in NBA. Even it is still far from Grizzlies’ +11.7 net assessment at home.

Planning could play a factor in this match. Memphis comes in fresh of two full days of rest. Rockets meanwhile, their third road fight in four days. It does not help that Grizzlies moves at the fastest pace in the league, while Houston ranks 18.

A quick game is the last thing Rockets need right now. They saw Cavs twice earlier this week and went on to Boston Celtics and another quick team in Atlanta Hawks. It says a lot that they have escaped this stretch with a perfect 4-0 record, but I expect rockets to eventually falter in what may just be their toughest stretch of the regular season.

Rockets have so far dominated this season series and goes a perfect 3-0 against grizzlies. It’s hard to beat any team four even times, so much less one of the better and more evil teams in the association. I think Grizzlies will manage to win this one by at least five.

The two-time All-Star has gone a gross 10-for-38 (26.3% 3p%) Behind the arch this month along with an indulgent 42.4% fg% and 72.5% ft%. A meeting with Rockets could be exactly what the doctor ordered.

On paper, Houston is one of the tougher matchups in the league.

He has scored 24, 27 and 29 points against this team this season all together, while he was an average of 30.0 minutes in that divide. Despite having the fifth-best points per Fight, Houston draws the 11th most points per Fight to opponents of guards.

In particular, Morant is an average of 23.7 points and has scored over 22.5 points on a clip of 66.7% against clubs ranking in the top 10 on defense (Hou ranks 4th) and the bottom 20 at Tempo (Hou ranks 18.). He only naps 18.7 points outside this divide. I like his sight tonight.

Alperen Sengun Over 28.5 Point + Rope (-118)

Bet on Alperen Sengun Is my favorite way to get exposure to this Rockets group.

As mentioned, Grizzlies play at the fastest pace in the league. Sengun is an average of 31.2 per against the top 12 PACE teams in the league. He exceeded 28.5 per to a 65.0% rate in this 20-game split.

Memphis also comes in with a seventh ranked defense. Here is a look at Sengun’s PR -output against teams that rank in the top 8 at defense and pace: 25, 31, 34, 39 and 46 per. PR -Outputs in bold indicating that the match was against this very grizzlies team. I would notice that he was dealing with five errors in the game, where he noted only 25 per.

It does not hurt that Memphis lets the third most points, fourth most rebounds and the second most free -throwing attempt to oppose centers. Sengun could be busy tonight.
