2025 NBA All-Star draft to be performed live during TNT-Pregame show on Thursday

The companies for three of the four teams in NBA All-Star Game will be determined through the NBA All-Star draft that is held live on TNT at Thursday 6 February at. 18:30 ET.

In the NBA All-Star draft, TNT’s “Inside The NBA” commentators and team general leaders will Charles Barkley, Shaquille O’Neal and Kenny Smith each pick eight players from the pool of 24 players who were voted as starters and reserves in every conference.

Team ChuckAt Team Shaq and Team Kenny will be assembled in the mini-tournament of Castrol Rising Stars Champion, known as Team Candace For his Honorary Director, Wnba Legend and TNT analyst Candace Parker.

New All-Star game format

For the first time, the NBA All-Star Game will include a Mini Tournament with four teams and three matches. Two teams meet in a semi -final (game 1) and the remaining two teams meet in the second semi -final (Game 2). The winning teams from Game 1 and Game 2 will move on to meet each other in the championship (Game 3). For each game, the winner will be the first team that reaches or surpasses 40 points.

Each team has eight players and is named for a TNT NBA analyst. The 24 NBA All-Star elections will be shared evenly in three teams, with the guards prepared by TNT’s Inside The NBA commentators and honorary team general leaders Charles Barkley, Shaquille O’Neal and Kenny Smith. The three analysts will make their respective choices to Team ChuckAt Team Shaq and Team Kenny Live on TNT in NBA All-Star Draft, which will be completed on Thursday, February 6 at. 18:30 A just before the network’s double head that night.

The fourth team will be the winning team from the Castrol Rising Stars championship, the annual showcase for the top first and second year’s NBA players and NBA G League standouts, played on February 14 under NBA All-Star 2025. The five players who are honored as starters in each conference are selected by fans (50%of the votes), current NBA players (25%) and a media panel (25%). The seven players who are honored as reserves in each conference are selected by the NBA head trainer.

The four teams participating in the NBA All-Star game are competing for a prize pool of $ 1.8 million. Each player on the championship -winning team receives $ 125,000, each player in the other place team receives $ 50,000, and each player in third place and fourth place will receive $ 25,000.
