Jordan Henderson clicks on Monaco Transfer ‘Lies’ after Ajax -Sejr

Ajax midfielder Jordan Henderson Has knocked out on “lies” over his posted transfer from the Dutch club to as Monaco after his team closed the gap at PSV Eindhoven at the top of Eredivisie with a victory over tough rivals Feyenoord.

Reports appeared in France and the Netherlands last week that the former Liverpool player had asked to leave Ajax to participate in Ligue 1-side-something the English international strenuous refused in an interview after the match with ESPN.

“Everyone knows the club’s financial situation. Money has to be created and this can be done by leaving big revenue,” Henderson said of the situation.

“I’m one of the big revenue. It’s often about my wages in the media. The situation was that we had to decide if it was worth turning or keeping my salary in this case.

“It was difficult conversations. I said what I thought but we came together to the conclusion that I should stay. I am happy with it. I will give everything for the club and the team.

“Of course I’m happy to be. My plan was to stay here at least until the end of the season and then re -evaluate. A lot of things were taken out of context in the press. It was disrespectful they were lies.

“Ukanser was told about me as a person. I tried to focus but it feels painful. People may be criticizing me because of my game but when it becomes personal … I am a human with family, parents, a wife and Children.

Henderson moved to the Dutch capital after a failed six -month stint in the Saudi Pro League with all Ettifaq.

Henderson has been Ajax’s captain in much of this season, although in front of their Europa League competition on Thursday against Galatasaray, the bracelet handed over to teammate Remko passveer.

At a separate news conference after match on Sunday, he was involved in a heated argument with a number of journalists lasting almost 10 minutes.

“I think 99% of people, if they knew the interior information, wouldn’t have the game game (Thursday),” he said. “But still, people in this room have questioned my professionalism and me as a person – I think it’s out of business.

“I have a family, wife, kids, mom, father who reads rubbish in the media from you.”

The journalists involved defended their reporting despite Henderson’s IRE.
